A practical AI, data, and workflow services firm.

Make AI useful in the work your team already does.

Everyday AI Playbook helps organizations turn scattered information, manual tasks, and inconsistent follow up into clear systems for better decisions and stronger execution.

Built from the 5 principles of The Everyday AI Playbook: organize, automate, solve, research, and learn.

Clearer workflows Better dashboards Safer AI use Stronger follow through

The real starting point

Most organizations do not need more AI hype. They need clearer systems.

Work breaks down when information lives in too many places, reports take too long to prepare, follow up depends on memory, and staff repeat tasks that should be simplified. AI can help, but only when it is connected to real workflows, useful data, and clear decision-making routines.

What we help fix

Scattered data Manual reporting Missed follow up Repetitive admin work Unclear dashboards Tool overload AI confusion Workflow bottlenecks Staff capacity strain Decisions made without a clear operating picture

The problem is usually not effort. The problem is that the systems underneath the work have not caught up.

The work

Services built from the Everyday AI Method.

We start with the work, not the tool. The 5 principles from The Everyday AI Playbook become practical services: organize the work, automate the routine, solve what keeps getting stuck, research better decisions, and help the team learn the system.

Organize

Organize Sprint

We help clean up workflows, tools, trackers, dashboards, reports, and ownership so your team can find what it needs and leaders can see what is happening.

Best for: Organizations with scattered information, unclear reporting, or work living in too many places.

Automate

Automate Sprint

We build practical follow up systems, reusable templates, prompts, reminders, and light automation for repetitive work.

Best for: Teams losing time to manual tasks, inconsistent communication, or follow up that depends on memory.

Solve

Problem-Solving Lab

We help leadership teams use AI to diagnose a recurring issue, identify root causes, compare options, and create a clear action plan.

Best for: Leaders who are stuck reacting to the same problem without a structured way to solve it.

Research

Research Brief

We synthesize customer feedback, market trends, competitor activity, internal data, or stakeholder input into a clear briefing leaders can act on.

Best for: Organizations making decisions without enough insight or without time to analyze what they already know.

Learn

Team AI Learning Lab

A practical training session where teams learn how to use AI inside their actual work through role-based examples, prompt libraries, practice exercises, and responsible use guidelines.

Best for: Organizations that want people to use AI consistently, safely, and effectively instead of experimenting randomly on their own.

1

Diagnose

We review your tools, workflows, data, reports, and recurring pain points.

2

Design

We identify the highest-value opportunities for AI, analytics, automation, and workflow improvement.

3

Build

We create practical dashboards, templates, prompts, routines, and systems your team can actually use.

4

Train

We help your team understand the system, use AI safely, and sustain the work.

The goal is not to add another tool. The goal is to make the work clearer, faster, and easier to follow through on.

About the Founders

Built from work, family, and the belief that AI should make everyday life easier.

Everyday AI Playbook is built by Rick and Sharon Grant, a husband-and-wife team bringing together executive operations, business analytics, lived leadership, and practical AI use. Their work is grounded in a simple belief: AI should not make work feel more complicated. It should help people organize what matters, automate what repeats, solve what keeps getting stuck, research what needs to be understood, and keep learning as the work changes.

Our story is part of the work.

Rick and Sharon's story started long before this business. From Boston to Houston, through marriage, family, education, leadership, and career growth, they have built a life around responsibility, learning, service, and follow through. That lived experience shapes the way they approach organizations, communities, family-led companies, Black-owned businesses, mission-driven leaders, and owner-led teams that value trust and authenticity.

They understand that most teams are not short on effort. They are often carrying too much in memory, scattered tools, unclear routines, and manual systems that have not kept up with the work.

Together, Rick and Sharon bring what many organizations need right now: practical AI skill, data fluency, operational judgment, and the ability to explain complex tools in a way people can actually use.

The work is professional, but the reason is personal: help people and organizations build systems they can actually follow through on.

Book and framework

Grounded in The Everyday AI Playbook

The Everyday AI Playbook is both the book and framework created by Rick and Sharon Grant and the business that applies that method through practical services. Our work is built from the same 5 principles: organize, automate, solve, research, and learn.

The book gives teams a shared language for using AI. The services help organizations put that language into practice through audits, sprints, dashboards, training, and workflow support.
