Sharon Grant brings the analyst's lens to Everyday AI Playbook. Her work sits at the intersection of business analytics, finance administration, real estate, forecasting, reporting, visualization, and decision support. She helps leaders move from scattered information into clearer patterns, stronger questions, and decisions grounded in evidence.

Sharon has experience supporting finance leadership at MIT Investment Management Company, where she works with budget documentation, board materials, internal coordination, financial systems, SharePoint, and operational follow through in a fast-paced investment environment. Her background also includes finance administration at Tufts University, where she automated reporting processes, supported multimillion-dollar budgets, and helped improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Earlier in her career, Sharon served as an Assistant Subaward Administrator at MIT, overseeing grant budgets, data integrity, compliance routines, and reporting processes. She also built a strong real estate and property management practice, using market data, client insight, transaction accuracy, and trend analysis to support informed decisions.

Her analytics work includes Python, SQL, Tableau, Excel automation, predictive analytics, machine learning, optimization modeling, data visualization, statistical analysis, and business intelligence.
